Serving Florida businesses statewide

Find the right opportunities. Build the right response.

ContractCoast gives Florida businesses two ways to move forward: we can help identify government contract opportunities that fit your company, or we can take a solicitation you already found and build the proposal response around it.

  • Opportunity discovery for Florida businesses
  • Bring us an RFP, RFQ, ITB, ITN, RFI, or eQuote you already found
  • Requirement-by-requirement compliance tracking
  • Human review before final delivery

Tell us how you want to start

Need help finding Florida government opportunities? Tell us what your company does. Already have a solicitation? Send us the details and we can start with that bid.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, government portal passwords, tax records, medical information, classified information, or other highly sensitive material through this form.

How it works

Two ways to start. One disciplined proposal process.

You do not need to come to us the same way every time. ContractCoast can help find and qualify Florida government opportunities for your company, or you can bring us a specific solicitation you already want to pursue. Once a bid is selected, the proposal workflow is the same.

Path A

Help me find opportunities

Tell us what your company does. We can review Florida state, local, and relevant federal opportunities, flag the ones that appear worth reviewing, and then help build the proposal for the opportunity you choose to pursue.

Path B

I already found a bid

Already have an RFP, RFQ, ITB, ITN, RFI, eQuote, or other solicitation? Send us the opportunity details and we can begin by reviewing that specific procurement and its requirements.

01

Select and qualify the opportunity

Whether we found the opportunity or you brought it to us, we review fit, eligibility, deadlines, required credentials, submission rules, and major bid risks before proposal production begins.

02

Break down the solicitation

Instructions, evaluation factors, forms, attachments, amendments, mandatory meetings, deadlines, and submission rules are tracked as individual requirements instead of buried in a summary.

03

Collect only what is missing

We map each requirement to your verified company information and ask focused questions where facts, personnel, past performance, pricing inputs, or certifications are still needed.

04

Draft against the evaluation

Proposal sections are written around the government's requested structure and evaluation criteria, using approved client information rather than invented qualifications or generic boilerplate.

05

Review and deliver

The package goes through compliance, content, evaluator, and production checks before final owner review and delivery. Final client submissions remain subject to client authorization and the solicitation's rules.

Opportunity qualification

Fit, timing, submission rules, and key risk review before drafting begins.

Requirement tracing

Instructions, forms, amendments, and evaluation criteria tracked line by line.

Amendment control

Source changes and addenda reviewed so work does not drift from the current solicitation.

Human final review

Final deliverables stay subject to review before release outside the business.

Services

From finding the bid to finishing the response.

ContractCoast can support the full path from opportunity discovery through proposal production, or step in only when you already have a government solicitation in hand.

  • Find and qualify Florida government opportunities
  • Review a solicitation you already found
  • Build the compliance matrix and close information gaps
  • Draft, review, and produce the proposal package

Opportunity discovery + proposal

For Florida businesses that want help finding public work, we can identify and qualify relevant opportunities, then continue into proposal support when you decide to pursue one.

Bring-your-own solicitation

If you already found the opportunity, we can start with that procurement: inventory the solicitation package, identify requirements and risks, collect the information needed from your company, and build the response.

Compliance matrix

A requirement-by-requirement control document that connects source language to the response location, owner, evidence, and current status.

Managed proposal

Solicitation analysis, data calls, outline, section drafting, resumes and past-performance support, review, formatting, and final production as required by the engagement.

Proposal desk

Recurring opportunity monitoring, bid reviews, corpus maintenance, proposal support, and pipeline discipline for companies bidding more than occasionally.

Operating standards

Useful automation with clear control points.

ContractCoast uses software and AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, requirement extraction, drafting, and quality control. They do not replace client truthfulness, legal representations, pricing approval, signatures, or human review.

Verified facts stay separate from draft language. If a required fact is missing, it stays missing until the client provides or approves it. We do not invent past performance, certifications, licenses, personnel, pricing, contract numbers, or metrics.
Final work is reviewed before release. Compliance and production checks are part of the workflow, and final deliverables are subject to owner approval before external delivery.

Data handling

Collect less. Keep client work separated.

The public contact form is intentionally limited to ordinary business-contact and procurement information. Sensitive credentials and high-risk personal data should not be sent through it.

  • Contact-form submissions are used to respond to the request and related follow-up.
  • Client proposal materials are handled separately from the public website intake.
  • We do not ask the public form for Social Security numbers, banking credentials, portal passwords, private medical information, or tax records.
  • Privacy and retention practices are described in the full Privacy Policy.

Questions

What clients should know before engaging.

Do you guarantee a government contract award?

No. ContractCoast provides proposal, capture, document, and opportunity-analysis services. Eligibility, responsiveness, evaluation, award, payment, protest outcomes, and contract performance depend on the solicitation, the agency, competition, and the client.

What industries can you support?

The service is designed to be vertical-agnostic across legitimate public-sector goods and services. Specialized technical content still requires verified client information and, where appropriate, subject-matter review.

Can ContractCoast sign or certify things for my company?

No. Legal representations, certifications, signatures, pricing approval, and company eligibility remain the client's responsibility. ContractCoast can identify required forms and help prepare supporting material.

Will you submit the bid for us?

Submission support depends on the engagement and the solicitation. Client authorization is always required, and some portals or representations should remain under direct client control.

How do you use AI?

AI-assisted tools may support solicitation analysis, requirement extraction, drafting, document review, and internal workflow. Client facts are not treated as true merely because a model generated them, and final work remains subject to human review.
